UK RP Service is a trading name of Accurate Assessments UK Ltd. We provide UK Responsible Person services for medical device and cosmetics manufacturers, food supplement import compliance support, and EU GPSR advisory services, primarily for manufacturers and brands based outside the United Kingdom.

Any Responsible Person appointment, consultancy or advisory services described on this Website are provided subject to a separate written proposal, engagement letter, or contract agreed between you and us, which will set out the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and terms applicable to that engagement. Nothing on this Website constitutes a contractual offer of a UK Responsible Person appointment or any other service, and nothing on this Website should be taken as a guarantee of any specific regulatory outcome, which is determined independently by the relevant UK or EU regulatory authority.
As explained on our EU GPSR page, we are a UK-established business and cannot ourselves hold the role of EU Responsible Person under the EU General Product Safety Regulation. Where we refer or introduce you to an EU-based partner for that role, the appointment is a separate arrangement between you and that partner, and we are not a party to it.
